Customer Success Manager – Israel

What’s The Job:

  • Further business growth and satisfaction while managing a portfolio of clients
  • Formulate short & long-term revenue growth strategies for business development
  • Collaborate with relevant, internal departments to execute client objectives
  • Work with department Heads & Account Managers to launch new campaigns in accordance with client briefs
  • Identify opportunities to ensure growth across a variety of verticals
  • Lead all client’s relations including weekly calls and presentations

Requirements:

  • Strong online marketing and user acquisition knowledge
  • BA/BS degree
  • At least 2-5 years of client-facing work experience, working with international clients in different time zones – an advantage
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Project management skills
  • Native or fluent English (verbal and written) -A must 
  • Motivated self-learner that is a team player, but can work independently as well
  • Creative, strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box approach
  • Strong analytical capabilities
